● Are you factory?

We are factory in Taiwan since 1992. 



● Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

Our factory is located in Tainan city, at south of Taiwan.  It is about 90 minutes by High Speed Train from Taipei.  We near Kaohsiung airport, it is about 45 minutes by drive.



● When can I get the quotation?

We will quote within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry.



● Can I get a sample?

We could provide free samples if there is stock and send by freight collect.If the samples are customized, we will quote sample charges by case.



● Can we have our logo or design?

OEM and ODM are accepted.  Customer own branded logo or design are welcomed.



● How long is your production lead time?

It is depend on products and order quantities.  The soonest around 7~14 days.

Normally, it is 30-60 days.  The details are negotiable.



● What is your payment term?

T/T 30% deposit and T/T 70% before shipment.
